Ask and it is given! This is how I would summarize my experience of selling my home with Alex. I had the pleasure of working with Alex during my recent process of selling my home in Weston, FL & I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & dedicated to helping me sell my home per my terms.The result exceeded my expectations. He sold my home in 1 ½ weeks!He had an open house back-to-back Saturday & Sunday, which brought me the perfect buyer. When he presented the offer, it had everything I wanted! Alex had local market knowledge which helped me in listing the house @ the right price. We had several obstacles through the process & he became part of the solutions always staying in control of the transaction. I attribute my successful experience to his experience in the industry, caring nature & hard-working character. During our initial consultation, & during our working relationship, Alex really took the time to get to know me, & my needs as a seller. This is what stood out the most to me, his responsiveness and always advocating for me & my best interest. In addition to his very caring nature, wanting to do right by me. His work ethics are really something not commonly seen nowadays in Realtors. During our initial consultation Alex educated me on important information that came in very useful later in the process. He also took the time to help me stage my house and rearrange furniture. By the time I hired Alex I had already gone through 2 realtors. I was traumatized & with very little hope at this point in selling my home any time soon and under the terms I was looking for. The first realtor I hired became my worst nightmare. This realtor kept advocating for buyers and trying to talk me into accepting offers I was getting even though they did not meet my expectations & needs. She was all focused on the transaction & securing as quickly as possible a sale. I often found myself defending why I should get what I was asking for. I fired her & asked her to cancel my listing and released me from our contract. She did take the listing off the MLS but refused to cancel our contract. This realtor kept me hostage basically under contract with my home out of the market for 5 long months. This experience frustrated me, and caused me a lot of anxiety. Finally, when our contract was up, I hired a new Realtor full of new hope that finally I would sell my house & move on with my life on to my next goal; which was to buy a new home. After all, I had already put down a deposit on my new home that was being built and I only had until the end of January of 2025 to close on that new house. 1 month into the contract with this new realtor, I found myself once again disappointed. By the time I met Alex my hopes of selling my home on my terms/buying the new house I had a deposit on were nothing but a flicker of light. Alex inspired me! His extensive experience & knowledge rebuild my confidence as a home seller that I could in fact sell my home on my terms. Alex’s responsiveness & hard-working style allowed me to trust him, which to me was very important. I was able to relax and trust the process and leave it in his hands. Remember, I only had until the end of January 2025 to close on my new home and to do this, I needed to sell my home and use those funds for the new home. Well, I hired Alex soon after Thanksgiving of 2024, and on January 21st I closed on the sale of my home in the morning and in the afternoon I closed on the purchase of my new home. I am so grateful for his services I am now very happy in a beautiful new home and in part it is because of him. Selling or buying a home is a life-changing experience. When selling or buying a home one needs a Realtor that is dedicated to the service they are providing and not to the transaction.
